We have received more information from those customers, and have prepared a software update that should help.
Among the several bug fixes in this update, it offers “improved USB performance of EyeTV Hybrid US 2009 after starting up the Macintosh.” Elgato informed me that this statement translates into: “It should fix the ‘USB 1.1 port’ bug.” A few customers have mentioned 'freezing' in Elgato Game Capture HD after updating to Windows 10. On top of that, it doesnt pick up a signal in OBS, but it does outside of it. In the elgato software itself, it picks up just fine, but it doesnt show properly on my tv. It picks up hdmi just fine, but composite its having a large issue with.
